This project involved the rehabilitation and expansion of a 300-square-meter structure for agritourism on a 6,000-square-meter site. The program includes five apartments (four one-bedroom apartments and one studio), common areas, services (laundry room, reception, among others), a two-bedroom house, a swimming pool, parking spots, and technical areas.
